I step over the threshold of this familiar place, my trembling hand weilding an ancient power. The iron blade secures my heart as I bring myself to face the open casket where the past lay for all to see...one last time. To remember, to feel, to love, to cherish. Her strong hands at rest, though even in death never estranged from their work. Her warm smile glowing, touching the hearts of others one last time though her essence and memory will live in them forever. The cross looks down on her though her dormant soul can no longer see or acknowledge its existence and, as the clouds, pure white comforts her body.
It all comes back. A past already let go...a new one to leave behind. I can see her eyes...feel their presence in the room...her laughter as it used to be, chased through the kitchen with le scarpa, strong but worn, in a time when we were so free. "Im sorry." I say my goodbye as I turn, leaving yet another behind. And even with the entire group replacing the intensity of two, I feel the cold grip of the sword, her blood, mine, spilling down its iron side.

I was in a random writing mood recently and even tho I havent had an editing mood I decided to share for some reason. its a weird figurative meets real thing that came into my head

um... so yeasterday was my last day of camp. this year was an experience and a half. Ive been absolutely exhausted for four strait weeks but its been a lot of fun. so anyways it means I have the time to have my life back againfor a little while before college starts. I cant wait to go back. Im ready for the summer to be over. besides that its chillin and going on trips for me for the rest of the week. maybe Ill find something to post in the meantime but Im not making any promises (I will be cleaning out my gallery tho just to warn people that a lot of stuff is going to disappear). anyways peace out and everyone better keep in touch this year *cough everyone who hasnt been on in over a week* love you guys
